# Создание контрагента из карточки договора
Для создания контрагента в карточке договора нажмите **`+`**.
Выберите тип лица: физическое или юридическое.
Для юридического лица можно задать подтип — «Индивидуальный предприниматель» или «Самозанятый».

Введите наименование и номер телефона (необязательно).
При необходимости добавьте ещё номера, нажав «+» (необязательно).
Укажите ИНН.
Введите адрес электронной почты (необязательно).
Нажмите **`Создать`**.
